    Join Our Team

    As Mountain Roots continues to grow, we’re looking ahead to the 2027 season and hope to add an Assistant Manager to our team.

    We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, enjoys being outdoors, and isn’t afraid of a fast-paced day during the busy spring season.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • Retail, greenhouse, nursery, or garden center experience (preferred but not required)
    • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
    • Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
    • The ability to be on their feet and lift plants, soil, and merchandise throughout the day
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Dependability and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
    • A passion for plants, gardening, or helping others succeed

    Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality plants, exceptional customer service, and building community through gardening.
